I have read and agree to observe the 2006 Lambtown, USA Festival Rules And Regulations as stated in this application. I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Dixon, the Dixon Lambtown USA Festival, and their respective officers , agents, underwriters, individually and/or collectively from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, and expenses including court costs and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of or relating to my participation in the event known as the "2006 Dixon Lambtown, USA Festival, a celebration of the Lamb industry in Dixon" on July 29th, 2006 at the Dixon May Fair Grounds.

After completing the above portion of this application, please also print it out, enclose a $25.00 entry fee and mail to: Lambtown Sheep-to-Shawl c/o Dana Foss, 350 West A Street, Dixon CA 95620. Please note that no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

In designing the competition area or booth(10' x 20'), please try to keep actual spinning and weaving equipment as far as possible from the outside perimeters of the area, for the safety of participants, the public and the equipment.

Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an official notification, with your set-up area assigned, and the time you will need to load in.

To enter, applications must be in by no later than July 20, 2006.
