What educational question would you like the children to ask you? ________________________________________________________________________________
(The scavenger hunt encourages families to find and visit your booth, therefore increasing foot traffic to you specifically. Families are given a map, and a sheet of questions and have to hunt for the answers by finding you. Kids completing the hunt present their answer sheets to the information booth to receive a prize. Questions should be educational and appropriate for children ages 3 - 12.)

 

AGREEMENT

 

I have read and agree to observe the 2008 Lambtown, USA Festival RULES AND REGULATIONS as stated in this application. I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 2008 Lambtown Festival, USA and the City of Dixon, and its respective officers, agents, underwriters, individually and/or collectively from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, and expenses including court costs and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of or relating to my participation in the event known as the “2008 Lambtown, USA Festival, a Celebration of the Lamb Industry in Dixon” on July 19, 2008 at Dixon's May Fair.
