This year's 24th Annual Lambtown, USA Festival will prove to be the best yet. A select group of food vendors will be on hand to make this year's Lambtown a huge success.

To be a food vendor at this year's Lambtown Festival, follow the following steps:
  • Download and complete the Lambtown Food Vendor Application on the applications page: Click Here
  • Download and complete the Solano County 2010 Temporary Food Facility Operating Requirements and Application, Click Here
  • Obtain a copy of your resale license and your Health Department permit.
  • Enclose a check for $300 or $360 if postmarked after August 1, 2010(or $250 for a Dixon food vendor) made out to "Dixon Lambtown, USA Festival" for your booth fee.
  • Enclose a check for $100 made out to "Dixon Lambtown, USA Festival" for your refundable cleaning deposit.
  • Enclose Certificate of Insurance showing "That the State of California, the 36th District Agricultural Association, County Fair, Citrus Fair, or California Exposition and State Fair, their agents, officers, servants, and employees are made additional insured but only insofar as the operations under this contract are concerned." If you do not have your own insurance (homeowners policy, business, etc.) you may purchase liability insurance for your event from the State. If purchasing the special events insurance through the fairgrounds office, payment must be made by either a money order, certified check or cashiers check made payable to: CALIFORNIA FAIRS SERVICES AUTHORITY (CFSA) and the fairgrounds will do the paper work for you. Cost of the one day insurance through the fairgrounds is $33 for food vendors.
  • Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.

  • Mail all of the above materials to be recived no less than 30 days prior to the Lambtown Festival to:

Food Vendor Information


This year's entry fee for a food booth is $300.00 ($360 after August 1, 2010) per 10' X 20' space. Dixon food vendors will receive a space for $250.00. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. We will also require a $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit. If you are serving food, you have to have at least one lamb item on your menus, unless you clear it with the Food Chairperson at least 30 days in advance of the Festival. All food that will be served must be on your application. You will not be able to sell any food item that is not listed. This is for your own good, to reduce duplication of the item(s) you are serving. The Food Chairperson will check all booths and will have the final say.

Please read the enclosed information and send your completed applications along with your check for your booth, a check for your refundable $100.00 deposit, a copy of your resale license, a copy of your Health Department permit, Certificate of Insurance and a self addressed stamped envelope to:

You may phone Dana at 707-678-7386 if you have any questions. If you do not have your application in 30 days prior to Lambtown, you will have to pay a late penalty of $50.00. Any applications sent somewhere other than to the Food Chairperson will not be honored.

The Food Chairperson will call you with a confirmation, when your entry has been accepted. Submission of an application does not guarantee a booth. Vendors will be selected first-come, first-served, and will be selected based on the number of previously approved vendors selling the same or similar menu items.

Get your applications in early for the best opportunies. You will receive your booth assignment on the day of the event. We look forward to seeing you at this year's Lambtown, USA Festival!
