GENERAL RULES:
A. TIME LIMIT: Longest ride wins.
B. The ride must be started in the sitting position.
C. When the Contestant is mounted in the starting chute, handlers will release the animal when the rider verbally
indicates that he/she is ready.
D. Time begins when sheep’s front feet leave the chute.
E. If a contestant feels he/she is entitled to a re-ride, the contestant must go to the Arena Director and request
a re-ride before the event is over.
G. All contestants must present proof of insurance to the event organizer in order to compete.
MANDATORY: Contestant must wear safety-approved helmet. Contestants may bring their own helmet or wear one provided by
Lambtown. Use of elbow/knee pads, mouthpieces or other protective gear is optional, but will not be provided by Lambtown.
In the event that Lambtown provides helmet, it is without any warranty, and Lambtown assumes no liability in the event
of injury to contestant.
